How do I enrol in a course?
Browse the course catalogue, click on a course and click "Enrol Now". Free courses are immediately accessible. Paid courses require an active subscription or individual purchase.
How do I access my certificate?
Once you complete all lessons and pass the final assessment (if required), your certificate is automatically issued. Find it under Dashboard β Certificates.
Can I download course videos?
Course videos are streamed and protected by DRM. Downloading is not available to protect instructor content. You can watch offline if the mobile app's offline mode is enabled.
How do I get a refund?
We offer a 7-day refund policy for course purchases. For subscription billing issues, please submit a ticket under the "Billing & Payments" category.
My certificate won't load β what do I do?
Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. If the issue persists, submit a ticket under "Certificates" and include your course name.
How does the AI Tutor work?
The AI Tutor is available inside every course. Click "AI Tutor" in the lesson sidebar to ask questions, request explanations, or get practice questions on any topic.
